What are the membership plans O2work offers?

Hot Desk Unlimited
Shared desks that offer the ideal flexibility with its innovative design is yours. Enjoy the freedom to come and go with access to any available desk during business hours.

Dedicated Desk
Our Dedicated Desk features an open concept workspace that provides the perfect environment to keep you focused 24/7. On top of that, send and receive mail with a legitimate business address.

Private Office
Private, functional, and ergonomically designed offices for various group sizes.
For full-time members, every office offers:

  • 24/7 secure key card access
  • Complimentary kitchen and reception services
  • Access to common area
  • Access to meeting facilities
  • Access to member-exclusive events

 

Do you require a security deposit?

We require a 2-month security deposit of our full-time members’ service fee. The deposit will be returned within 30 days after moving out, provided all charges and fees have already been paid for.

Does O2work give referral rewards?

Yes! Our referral program rewards O2work members with 5% off the monthly Membership Fee for the member who signs up for up to one year. This applies only to Dedicated Desk and Private Office membership plans. There are no limits to the number of referral rewards a member may earn.

What are your building hours? When are you open?

O2work staff are onsite from 9am to 6pm local time, Mondays through Fridays. For members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices, you have 24/7 key card access to your workspace.

What if I want more space or desks in the middle of my membership?

Our flexible membership programme can help your business as you grow with the option to purchase Additional Access Cards or upgrade to a larger office space.

Can I bring my own furniture or printer?

Yes, members who rent a private office can bring their own furniture or printer, subject to the house rules to ensure that the quality and safety standards are met. We recommend speaking to our O2Workteam if you would like to set up your own wireless printer.

Can guests visit me in my private office?

Yes. Our staff will register your guests at our front desk when they arrive.

Can I book an event space at O2work?

Yes. Odeon Tower offers over 1500 square feet of meeting and function space that comes with sweeping views of Marina Bay Sands and the bay which could be ideal for both your professional and social gatherings. For more information, please contact sales@o2-work.com.

Can I add mail and package handling?

Mail and package handling is included for Dedicated Desk and Private Office Plans. Hot Desk members can add the mailbox service as an addition to their package.
